Studio Classes

Studio classes are an offline extension of our virtual workout series. This allows participants to exercise in a gym environment with their friends.

Selected studio classes may also be streamed on our platform.Studio classes are conducted in partnership with our gym providers. You are advised to refer to the partner studios for terms of use and preparatory measures.

Registration is confirmed on payment via credit card or Paypal. You will receive an email confirmation following successful registration. Please note that registration is non-refundable.

If you are unwell and seek to transfer the registration to another person, please email [email protected].

Please note that selected studio classes may be streamed on our platform. Please notify the instructor if you wish to be excluded.

Following month studio class schedule will released by the 25th of the current month for booking.

You should come in appropriate workout attire or any comfortable clothing that allows you to move and stretch freely and sports shoe.

Do bring your water bottle to stay hydrate during the session and a towel to dry yourself after the session.

Yes! We would recommend you to have some light snack at least an hour before the class starts so that it can give you energy and improve your performance during the session.

Should you have low blood pressure or low blood sugar, it is advisable to have your meal at least 2 hours before class starts.

These studio classes are hosted by our partnered studio, hence please do check with the respective studio of which the class that you had booked on their terms and conditions.
