Lean red meat is a good source of vitamin Bs, iron and zinc. They work together to maintain your energy levels, brain function, and cell metabolism. Cabbage contains fibre, vitamins and minerals. Green cabbage is higher in vitamin K while purple cabbage is higher in vitamin A and iron.
