Nutritional Goodness of Recipe

Fibre may help in weight management because it takes longer to chew and slows down our food intake. It will also keep us fuller for a longer period of time. Red meats such as beef provides a good source of iron, zinc and vitamin B12, however do limit the intake of red meats to no more than approx 500 g / week as it contains a higher amount of saturated fat as compared to white meats.
