Our rooms are available for rent 9am – 9pm daily at a rate of $32/hour (incl. of GST).

Counselling Rooms Rental
As a counsellor booking the room, you are solely responsible for the services you provide to your client. You must inform your client that Minmed Sanctuary is not responsible for these services. Additionally, you are required to be present to receive and guide your clients to the booked room.
All bookings are strictly non-refundable. However, you can reschedule your booking if you do so at least 24 hours in advance. Please email us at ms@minmed.sg for assistance with rescheduling.
If you need to extend your room usage beyond the booked time, it will be charged in blocks of 30 minutes at $16.00 (inclusive of GST). Payment for extensions must be made on-site at the end of your session. Please note that extension of room usage is subject to availability on that day.
