Our tranquil and professionally designed rooms provide an ideal environment for your counselling sessions.

Our rooms are available for rent 9am – 9pm daily. Each private space includes a clock, tissue box, small bin, and power sockets for your convenience.

By booking our rooms, you agree to the Terms & Conditions listed below:
1) As the counsellor booking the room, I will be solely responsible for the services I am providing to my client and not Minmed Sanctuary. My client will be made aware of this as well. I will be present to receive my clients and guide them to the room booked.
2) The room is to be returned to its original state before the counsellor leaves the venue.
3) All bookings are strictly non-refundable. Bookings have to be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, please email us at [email protected] and we will assist you accordingly.
4) Any extension of time used beyond what is booked will be charged in blocks of 30 minutes at $16.00 (with GST). Payment for extensions to be made on site after the end of the session. Extension of room usage is subjected to the room’s availability on that day.
