You can cancel or reschedule your class up to 12 hours before the scheduled time.
No prior experience is necessary. Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
Unfortunately, we do not have shower facilities at our studio. However, you can find shower facilities at Jewel Changi Airport or Terminal 1, available for a fee.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts to ensure a smooth experience. Latecomers may not be accommodated once the class begins, and credits will be forfeited.
All levels are welcome with modifications for beginners. Safety first! Listen to your body and push yourself accordingly. Feel free to pause if needed.
We recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before starting any new fitness program, especially if you have any pre-existing conditions or concerns.
You will receive a follow up email with booking link after completing your class at Jewel Changi Airport. The complimentary InBody Assessment is to completed at Minmed Wellness Collective, Level 4, Jewel Changi Airport, with a validity period of three months.
We encourage you to bring your own mat for added comfort and hygiene. However, if you don’t have one, we will provide mats on a first-come, first-served basis. Just arrive early to secure yours!
Wear comfortable, form-fitting athletic wear that allows for easy movement.
