Consultation fees cover acute medications for up to 1 week and courier delivery. Chronic medication will be charged separately.

We understand waiting in the Emergency Department can be frustrating, which is why we offer the SWIFT Care Clinic – a faster, more convenient way to get the medical attention you need.
Skip the wait: Receive a secure video consultation with a Minmed doctor quickly, freeing up the Emergency Department for true emergencies.
Lower consultation fee: The SWIFT Care Clinic offers consultations at a lower cost compared to a typical Emergency Department visit.
Same-day medication delivery: Get your prescribed medications delivered straight to your doorstep.
Clinic Assistant available: If your condition requires basic care such as simple tests, our clinic assistants can assist.
If a specialist review is required, a referral letter will be given to you for a SGH Specialist Outpatient Clinic appointment. Please contact SGH call center to make an appointment.
Minmed doctor will assess your condition during the video consultation. If an in-person examination is necessary, they will advise you on the best course of action, which may include a referral to the Emergency Department.
The duration of the consultation will vary depending on your individual needs.
No pre-appointment steps are necessary! Simply head to SWIFT Care Clinic to register for your teleconsultation with a Minmed doctor. There will be Minmed staff at the clinic to assist you with the process if needed.
While not mandatory, downloading the Minmed Connect App and creating an account can significantly improve your experience.

No. Once your payment is confirmed following your online consultation, your medication will be delivered directly to your doorstep within 3 hours. Please provide your preferred delivery address upon registration at the SWIFT Care Clinic.
