Free Fitness Classes
You can cancel or reschedule your class up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time.
No prior experience is required. Our classes are beginner-friendly and suitable for different fitness levels.
No, shower facilities are not available at the venue.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the class starts for registration and preparation. Latecomers may not be accommodated once the class has begun.
If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries or health concerns, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before participating.
As classes are held outdoors, sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled in the event of rain or adverse weather conditions.
Each class is limited to approximately 10–15 participants. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Is Line Dance a workout?
Yes. Line Dance is a fun and social way to stay active while improving coordination, balance, stamina and cardiovascular fitness through continuous movement.
Do I need previous dance experience?
Not at all. The class is beginner-friendly and suitable for different fitness levels. The instructor will guide you through easy-to-follow steps, and you can move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
What can I expect from the class?
You’ll learn simple choreographed sequences set to music while working on your coordination, balance and fitness.
What if I can’t keep up with the steps?
That’s okay. The instructor will demonstrate and break down the steps throughout the class. Simply follow along at your own pace.
What should I wear for the class?
Please wear comfortable workout attire and covered shoes suitable for physical activity.
Is there a minimum age to participate?
Yes. Participants must be 18 years old and above.
Is Tai Chi physically demanding?
Tai Chi is a gentle, low-impact activity that can be practised at your own pace. It focuses on controlled movement, balance and relaxation rather than intensity.

What can I expect from the class?
Expect slow, flowing movements combined with controlled breathing and gentle stretches to support balance, flexibility and body awareness.

The slower pace allows you to focus on balance, breathing, body awareness and movement control, making Tai Chi a gentle yet engaging form of exercise.
Can I participate if I have limited mobility?
Participants are encouraged to work within their own abilities. Please inform the instructor of any physical limitations before the class so modifications can be provided where possible.
