Mammogram Test
Breast cancer is currently the most commonly occurring cancer amongst women. Mammogram is the most reliable screening tool for breast cancer currently. It is able to detect the presence of cancerous lumps before thy are able to be felt with the hand.
It is recommended by the Ministry of Health for women above 40 to get screened annually and women above 50 to get screened bi-annually.
Please note: If you have recently received the COVID-19 vaccination, you are advised to schedule your mammogram or
breast ultrasound appointment at least 6 weeks after receiving the vaccination.
Mammogram tests will be conducted at Minmed Health Screeners at Paragon Medical Centre.
